Dota 2 Patch 7.41 — All New Items, Neutral Items, and Tier List
Dota 2 patch 7.41 dropped on March 25 and added 17 new items in one go — 9 purchasable shop items and 8 neutral items. If you want to figure out the new meta faster, Goranked has Dota 2 accounts and boosting services to help you climb without starting from scratch.

New Basic Items
Four new basic items form the foundation of the Dota 2 7.41 item changes. Each one feeds into new or reworked upgrade recipes, so understanding what they do early helps you component-build more efficiently.
Wizard Hat is the most universally relevant of the four — efficient enough to pick up standalone on any INT hero who needs an early mana bump. Shawl replaces Cloak in several recipes at 450 gold versus Cloak's 800, which brings down component costs on Glimmer Cape and Pipe meaningfully. Chasm Stone doesn't stack with multiple copies, so it's a recipe component first and foremost rather than a standalone pickup.

New Upgrade Items
Five new upgrade items landed in the Dota 2 patch 7.41.
Consecrated Wraps — 2600g
Built from Vitality Booster, Shawl, Crown, and a recipe. Gives +15% magic resistance, +250 HP, and +6 all attributes.
The Hallowed passive stacks one charge every 3 seconds up to 3 total. Taking damage from a player or Roshan converts all charges into an all-damage barrier absorbing 120 per stack. If you hit max stacks at least once in the game, regaining a stack also gives +20% movement speed for 7 seconds. Best on tanky supports and offlaners who need magic resistance and a damage buffer in one item.
Crella's Crozier — 4800g
Built from Ghost Scepter, Soul Booster, and a recipe. Gives +6 all attributes, +450 HP, and +450 mana.
The active puts you in ghost form for 4 seconds — immune to physical damage but 30% more vulnerable to magic. During that window, it steals 5% movement speed from enemy heroes within a 900 radius every second. The passive Putrefaction Aura reduces enemy health restoration by 30% nearby, spiking to 75% while the active runs and redirects that lost restoration back to you.
Best on heroes who need to survive physical burst while punishing healing-heavy lineups — offlaners like Centaur or Tidehunter who regularly dive into the enemy team and need to stay alive long enough for their team to follow up.
Essence Distiller — 1775g
Built from an Urn of Shadows, Chainmail, a Wizard Hat, and a recipe. Gives +1.75 mana regen, +3 all attributes, +6 armor, and +150 mana.
Soul Release works differently depending on the target — cast on an ally, it provides 40 health regen that drops if they take hero damage, cast on an enemy, it deals 25 DPS, applies True Sight, and shares their vision for 8 seconds. It can also be placed on the ground as a trap that latches onto the first enemy hero in range. Gains charges on nearby enemy hero deaths
Best on supports who want healing utility and vision control without buying separate items for each.
Specialist's Array — 2550g (returning)
Built from Blade of Alacrity, Broadsword, and a recipe. Gives +20 damage and +12 agility.
Splitshot gives ranged heroes a 30% chance to fire extra projectiles at up to 2 nearby enemies in a 120-degree cone. Extra projectiles deal 75% damage and don't trigger on-hit effects. Doesn't work with ability-based projectile mechanics like Medusa's Split Shot or Gyrocopter's Flak Cannon.
Hydra's Breath — 5900g
Upgrades from Specialist's Array plus Dragon Lance, Orb of Venom, and a recipe. Gives +25 damage, +30 agility, +15 strength, and +150 attack range for ranged heroes.
Miasma poisons targets on attack for 2.5% of their max health per second for 3 seconds, refreshed on reapplication. Polycephaly gives a 30% chance to fire at up to 3 nearby enemies, with those projectiles also applying Miasma. At 5900 gold, it's expensive, but the max-health damage and multi-target spread make it one of the strongest late-game right-click items in the new Dota 2 patch.

New Neutral Items — Tier List
Patch 7.41 added 8 new neutral items across all tiers. Most of them are genuinely good — here's how they stack up.
S-Tier
Dagger of Ristul (Tier 1) — costs 100 HP for +25 attack damage for 8 seconds. More damage than Mithril Hammer for just a health cost. Pair with Morbid Mask and you have one of the best early farming tools in Dota 2 7.41
Forager's Kit (Tier 1) — reveals forageable trees every 60 seconds. Yields permanent +1 primary stat, HP regen, mana restoration, or 30 gold. Passive bonuses from held consumables apply at all times — perfect inventory filler for supports
Medallion of Courage (Tier 2, returning) — +7 armor on an ally or -4 armor on an enemy for 8 seconds. Works on creeps, so no need to force fights to get value. Strong on both cores and supports
Cloak of Flames (Tier 3, returning) — 40 DPS in a 375 radius. Budget Radiance, best farming neutral in Dota 2 patch 7.41 for offlaners
Prophet's Pendulum (Tier 4) — 30% of incoming damage is delayed over 5 seconds. At the 35+ minute mark with Pipes and Greaves stacked, that window to receive healing first is enormous
Conjurer's Catalyst (Tier 4) — every 100 spell damage dealt pulses 40 damage to nearby enemies within a 300 radius. Best Tier 4 for magic damage mids — Leshrac, Storm Spirit, Zeus
Witchbane (Tier 5, returning) — AoE dispel in a 300 radius plus 4% of the target's max mana as magic damage per attack. After the hour mark, there's almost always something worth dispelling.
A-Tier
Possessed Mask (Tier 1, returning) — 5 HP per attack. Great for thin cores like Anti-Mage during early jungle phases
Seeds of Serenity (Tier 2, returning) — healing zone giving 8 + 25% of your health regen to allies inside. Best on fat offlaners farming double camps
Spellslinger (Tier 3) — restores 20% of mana spent on abilities over 10 seconds after casting. Good on big-cooldown heroes, less useful if mana is already solved with Soul Ring
Partisan's Brand (Tier 3) — +9% spell damage to player-controlled units, including enemy heroes. Solid on magic damage mids if fights are consistently happening at 25+ minutes
Dandelion Amulet (Tier 4, returning) — blocks up to 300 magic damage every 12 seconds. Good in magic-heavy lineups, useless otherwise
B-Tier
Stonefeather Satchel (Tier 1) — toggles between +12 movement speed or +3 armor. Outclassed by the Kobold Cup and the Ash Legion Shield, which both work on allies
Stormcrafter (Tier 3, returning) — 70 magic damage and 0.4-second 40% slow on 2 nearby enemies every 6 seconds. Slow barely registers in real fights; Cloak of Flames is almost always better
Harmonizer (Tier 5) — 5% mana cost reduction per ability off cooldown, 6% spell amp per ability on cooldown. Amplification disappears when spells come back up. Only niche on Zeus or Lion cycling cooldowns around their ultimate
C-Tier
Enchanter's Bauble (Tier 4) — +15% to neutral enchantment bonuses, growing by 40% per re-craft. Turning 31 attack speed into 35 is not worth holding an empty slot for 25 minutes and giving up Tier 5 items.
